Refund Policy

Preview before you buy

Before payment you can read a free preview of your eulogy, so you can judge the quality first. For that reason, simply changing your mind after seeing the full text is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.

If something is wrong

If you cannot access your eulogy, hit a technical fault, were charged twice or by mistake, or the result is genuinely defective, email support@quieteulogy.com with your purchase email or result ID. We will arrange a refund through Polar back to your original payment method.

When to ask

For the situations above, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. This window does not limit any statutory remedy you have under the law of your country (for example, remedies for defective digital content).

Your local rights

Beyond the above, refunds and cancellation are governed by the mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How refunds are handled

Quiet Eulogy's Merchant of Record is Polar; refunds are issued through Polar. When a refund is made, your stored result is deleted.
